Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement organizational policies to support a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities will include developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Executive will focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while driving initiatives to support organizational objectives. Qualifications • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to ensure seamless functioning of HR processes. • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies, including creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture. • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices to support organizational goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and build strong relationships • Experience in US HR operations, onboarding, or immigration support • Understanding of US work authorization categories and immigration documentation • Familiarity with forms such as I-9, W-4, Offer Letters, and Employment Verification • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
