About UNICE UNICE is a global leader in 100% human hair wigs, dedicated to helping customers look and feel their best. We are expanding our retail footprint in the New York area and looking for a dynamic Regional Store Manager to manage our stores and drive growth in the region. Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of all UNICE stores in the New York area, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards. • Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Lead, train, and mentor store managers to maximize team performance and customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for store expansion and support new store openings in the region. • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform operational and strategic decisions. • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute regional promotions and campaigns. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures across all stores. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience; experience managing multiple locations is preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational excellence. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Chinese language skills preferred. • Willingness to travel within the New York area as needed. • Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating excellent customer experiences.
