THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Digital Insights & Analytics to lead digital performance analytics and deliver impactful insights across eCommerce – including web and mobile app. This role is central to understanding how our customers engage with our brand online, and how we can continually elevate their digital experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Adobe Analytics – some experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is preferred. They must have strong analytical and storytelling skills, and a passion for using data to deliver insights that drive conversion, digital innovation, and engagement within Ecommerce. This position will lead a team of analysts with the responsibility of supporting the analytic needs of internal Digital teams and senior leaders. YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY • Define and evolve digital analytics strategies, frameworks, and KPIs aligned to overall business and customer experience goals. • Own the execution of digital analytics and uncover meaningful insights to optimize web and app experiences. • Oversee the implementation, governance, and utilization of Adobe Analytics and support migration efforts to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) in collaboration with Personalization Product PODs and Strategic Analytics Teams. • Translate complex data into compelling stories and recommendations that influence and drive decisions across Digital Experience, Digital Product, Merchandising, Content, Marketing, etc. • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities to improve site performance, content effectiveness, and merchandising impact. • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of digital analysts into a high-performing analytics team – fostering curiosity, technical growth, and storytelling excellence. • Deliver regular readouts and present findings on digital performance, user engagement, and optimization opportunities to executives and cross-functional partners. • Serve as the analytics liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business questions into measurable analyses. • Closely collaborate with the Experimentation team – supporting UX, Digital Experience, Product PODs, etc. to define success metrics, establish testing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement through analytics. • Partner cross-functionally with Data Capture and Engineering teams to enhance Adobe Analytics measurement capabilities and troubleshoot any technical data issues – ensuring accurate tagging, reliable data, and insightful reporting. • Manage relationships with key internal partners/departments and ensure their needs are understood and met – follow up to understand how analytics impacted overall business objectives and goals and make course corrections for future analyses, as needed. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field. • Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of direct and in-direct reports, ideally within a retail environment. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with some working knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) preferred. • Excellent communicator and data storyteller with the ability to influence cross-functional partners – communicating complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and results. • Deep curiosity about consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital experience innovation. • A basic understanding of tag management systems (Tealium, mParticle, etc.) and some experience collaborating with Tag Management/Technical teams. • Strong data visualization skills using Adobe Analytics Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, etc., and expertise with Excel. • Some familiarity with A/B testing processes and tools like Adobe Target and A/B Tasty. • Working knowledge of SQL and digital data structures a plus, but not required. The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $155,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
