Role Overview and Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to support, manage, and drive existing business within assigned region, the development of new business opportunities, management of a Rep network and interface with a variety of channel partners for the Components products in the Western US region resulting in outperforming market growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage current account base through strong customer relationships and develop new accounts for growth Forecast and book products to ensure that sales targets are met Organize, manage and drive sales to support sustained growth in assigned region Properly articulate value proposition of growing product portfolio on all customer levels Assist FAEs in the design-in and development cycle of new products and for managing the seamless and speedy execution of sales and engineering projects Analyze market, identify and quantify New Business Opportunities (NBO’s) Efficiently coordinate pre and post-sales support to achieve customer satisfaction Assist in developing short, medium, and long-term sales plans Timely, budget, forecast and report for the region Review and present proposals (product selection, design solutions and project objectives) to customers Ensure on-time customer delivery of all information, including samples and supporting design and product verification activities Support the Quality teams and FAE teams to help solve problems as needed with on-site evaluation and detailed discussions with customers Update and maintain CRM system covering the customers in the region Manage, evaluate and drive Rep sales teams in each territory Support our Distribution initiatives and drive engagement and growth with the local Distribution branches Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Core Requirements: Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree level minimum in a commercially related field 5-year track record of continuous sales growth per annum and 10+ years of experience in the electronics component market Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Technical knowledge of sensor products and electronics Minimum 5+ years in Sales and Marketing of a technical product Experience in selling in multiple markets (Industrial, Medical, and Aerospace) Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical decision making, and influential engagements Proficient in MS Office or related software and knowledge of SalesForce.com or similar CRM system Must be enthusiastic and demonstrate excellent people management and social skills Ability to travel >50% What we offer you: Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) 401K with company match PTO package + 11 paid holidays Gym reimbursement program Employee Assistance Program Solving Technology Challenges for a Sustainable World We want the very best people in our TT family across the globe – so we welcome applications from everyone, to celebrate a diverse mix of experiences, backgrounds and identities.
