Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to join their growing team. Responsibilities - Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and footnote disclosures - Lead implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements - Conduct technical accounting research and draft position papers - Streamline consolidation and reporting processes using OneStream - Maintain and enforce US GAAP accounting policies and controls - Partner with tax, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and consistency Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required; CPA strongly preferred - 8–15 years of progressive accounting experience - Strong understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX - Background in public accounting preferred - Experience in manufacturing Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
