We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of an Entrepreneurial group of companies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, extraordinarily adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and has a knack for creative problem-solving. We are seeking a candidate who will anticipate leadership needs, take ownership of their schedules, and internally connected so they can better focus on the business priorities at hand. It is important that this person can juggle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and humor. Skill You will Need • College degree preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent will be considered with experience. • Must submit to a background check and agree to sign a nondisclosure agreement. • Must have a minimum of 3 references from related job field. • Excellent communication & writing skills. Must be professional, tactful and discrete. • Excellent administration skills and Leadership skills. • Able to work independently, problem solve, take initiative and be proactive. • Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Excellent research skills, computer skills, & social media skills. • Experience in event planning • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Able to meet physical and time requirements (able to work flexible hours and occasionally travel). • Must have own transportation. • Maintain excellent bookkeeping & financial records. What You will Do • Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. • Support Client Relations • Plan, organize and manage day of Events. • Assist with research. • Follow-through on projects and timelines. • Serve as personal assistant to the CEO as needed.
