There has never been a better time to join our incredible team and be part of the movement! THE ROLE We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join our team. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth end-to-end flow of customer orders — from order receipt through to shipment, delivery, and invoicing. You will ensure all orders are captured accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered on time to customers nationally, maintaining the premium service standards that underpin TRIPs brand reputation. Key responsibilities Manage D2C website orders and resolve warehouse issues. Lead operational execution across digital channels (Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, etc.) Oversee B2B orders to retailers/wholesalers and ensure OTIF delivery. Troubleshoot order and delivery issues for customers. Partner with warehouses to support U.S. order flows. Manage stock, reporting, reconciliations, and invoicing. Support Sales with product setup and order/stock updates. Support Marketing with buyer/influencer send-outs and events. ABOUT YOU 3+ Years experience in an FMCG operational role or equivalent experience. Skilled in data analysis, numerical reasoning and able to pick up new software quickly. Considerable experience with Microsoft Excel / Google sheets is a must, while understanding an ERP system such as ‘Unleashed’ would be a bonus. Detail driven, with a passion for problem solving and getting the job done in an organized and efficient way. Able to see the bigger picture and find operational efficiencies (or at least keen to develop an efficiency mindset) in a rapidly changing supply chain.
