Full Description

Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years of experience with designing and implementing project governance frameworks and business analysis policies, standards, and templates. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst soliciting requirements and creating various technical documentation, including but not limited to project intake, workflows, and change requests. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visio and 2 other diagrams, workflow, or mockup tools. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project/Project Online and 2 other project management tools. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups that resulted in organizational changes, such as process improvements, system implementations, or structural realignments. Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Certification Required (Must have any one of the following): • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - International Institute of Business Analytics (IIBA). • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Strategic Leader Certification or higher. • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI). • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI).
