Join Trinity Health At Home ā Southeast Michigan as a Hospice Physician, where your expertise will make a lasting impact on patients and families in our community. 𩺠Position Purpose In alignment with the Trinity Health At Home (THAH) mission, the Hospice Physician provides inpatient medical care for hospice patients requiring hospitalization for symptom management, respite, or medical oversight.
