Performance Marketing Manager – Remote Tried and True Media (TNT) is a fully remote digital direct response agency in the health, wellness, and beauty space that has generated over $1.2 B in sales for our clients. We’re looking for a creative yet data‑driven direct response marketer to drive performance for our top spending clients on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will analyze the client’s entire funnel—from ad view to click to conversion and LTV—pinpoint performance bottlenecks and formulate hypotheses to overcome them. You’ll lead a team of a media buyer, creative producer, copywriters, and video editors, all working toward generating clicks that convert into high‑ROAS sales that scale client spend. You’re addicted to winning and driving growth, thrive under pressure, and take ownership to keep campaigns running smoothly. Key Expectations Build and grow a portfolio of clients spending $2M–$5M per month, primarily on Meta and Google, and achieve primary KPIs while scaling the account. Cultivate strong, respectful, trusting client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Provide daily campaign performance insights and data‑driven opportunities for media and creative teams. Analyze the full funnel, run hypothesis testing to improve CVR, AOV, LTV, and other KPIs. Collaborate with creative to expand existing concepts, variation expansions, and VSL expansions; suggest tests to scale the account. Use daily data to expand campaigns and prevent fizzling out—new concepts, audience targeting, or CRO funnel tests to boost key metrics. Requirements 5+ years performance marketing experience, ideally at an agency or a company with multiple brands; accountable for ad spend and ROAS targets in a fast‑paced team environment. Natural problem‑solver who removes bottlenecks and capitalizes on opportunities via technology, process optimization, and strategy reformulation. Data‑driven mindset with mastery of spreadsheets and pattern detection to inform next steps. Creative marketer with multi‑dimensional thinking to crack codes for scaling client offers.
