We’re looking for a skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and optimization for our Health Information Management (HIM) applications—specifically Solventum (formerly 3M) solutions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with IT, HIM Coding, CDI, and Epic teams to ensure reliable system performance, seamless workflows, and high-quality user support across the organization. Responsibilities • Provide daily support for 3M/Solventum HIM applications, including 360 Encompass, Engage One, Fluency Direct, and Code Assist. • Manage user access, security, and issue resolution. • Assist with monthly software updates, patches, and version upgrades. • Collaborate with Epic HIM and coding teams to align system changes with operational needs. • Support HL7 interfaces, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures. • Participate in the on-call support rotation. Requirements • 4+ years of healthcare IT experience. • 2+ years supporting HIM applications. • Understanding of application upgrades, server environments, and disaster recovery. • Hands-on experience with 3M/Solventum HIM solutions (preferred).
