They are searching for a National Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with some of their largest retailer accounts! Job Description: • Key Account Management and Strategy Execution: Build strong, trust-based relationships with major national retail partners (such as Home Depot, Menards, Meijer, Kroger) to develop and execute customer-specific business plans, optimize distribution and merchandising impact. • Driving Profitable Growth through Analytics: Own customer strategy and deliver revenue and margin goals by analyzing POS and syndicated data to uncover growth opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and driving P&L-supported proposals. • Cross-Functional Business Planning: Own revenue forecasting and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Demand Planning teams to develop supply strategies, while serving as the voice of the customer across all internal functions (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain). Requirements: • 5+ years of experience managing relationships with National Retail Accounts in the CPG space • Previous experience managing a $20m book of business focused on retention, expansion and overall account success. • Experience working with 250-500 different SKUs and developing specific growth strategies for various SKUs per account. Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates will ideally be based within Midwest, (Illinois, Indiana or Michigan) with the ability to travel 25% to meet with National Accounts and attend industry events.
