Job Summary Day-to-Day: Primary Purpose- To function as the outward-facing operational leader for employees and day-to-day activities. Serves as the primary point of contact for staff issues, scheduling, and immediate business needs. Core responsibilities : Employee Management- - Serves as first contact for all employees, outside of the warehouse staff - Handles 2/3 hiring meetings (Ownership has the final meeting with each employee to give sign off), handles firing (of all non-management personnel), training / training coordination, and performance management - Address complaints (through complaint box), conducts seasonal meetings with all staff, and fosters workplace culture Payroll / Scheduling: - Prepares weekly schedules - Confirms OS clock ins / outs in comparison to previous weeks schedule (basically preventing time theft) Daily Operation: - Handles check in with each staff member pre, during, and post shift - ensures all equipment is functioning, and if not, communicates to mechanic the fix, and communicates the Behind-The-Scenes what part needs ordered - Oversees product quality standards, and service consistency (BRIX Values, Espresso shot calibration, etc) - Sends employee bio to customer Restrictions: - Does not receive any input in financial decisions - Does not interact with any customer outside of employee bio Duties • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities to ensure seamless business performance • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability • Supervise teams across various departments, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations • Manage profit and loss statements to monitor financial health and identify opportunities for growth • Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, partnerships, and sales opportunities • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget • Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability Requirements • Proven experience in management roles with a strong background in supervising teams and overseeing operations • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business growth strategies • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement • Knowledge of business development techniques and sales strategies to expand market reach • Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines • Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate goals clearly and foster teamwork Join us as an Operations Manager if you’re passionate about leading transformative initiatives that propel business success!
