Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living conditions for all residents. Experience with Steam Boilers is preferred. Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair • Experience with Steam Boilers is highly preferred • Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner • Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance needs • Prepare apartments for new residents by completing punch lists and making necessary repairs • Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and trash pickup • Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report major repair needs to management • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and property policies Salary: $55,000 to $60,000
