As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Your collaboration and communication skills will be essential as you work closely with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipping process. Your key responsibilities include: • Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that is ready for member interactions. • Promptly unloading trucks and deliveries, sorting and stocking receivables efficiently. • Keeping an accurate log of daily moves, performing scanning of inventory, and ensuring counts are precise. • Engaging positively with vendors and drivers to foster good relationships. • Providing additional support to shipping and receiving departments as needed.
