Location: Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE Experience: 3–5 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus A leading corporate team is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its transactional practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic business transactions, with opportunities to work directly with clients and key stakeholders.
