Location: Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE Experience: 3–5 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus A leading corporate team is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its transactional practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic business transactions, with opportunities to work directly with clients and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Execute sophisticated corporate transactions, including M&A and financings • Draft and negotiate agreements and transaction documents • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and advisors • Provide strategic guidance on corporate governance matters Who You Are • 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm • Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex corporate agreements • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills • Member of a U.S. Bar in good standing (PA or DE required) Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $205,000–$225,000 (DOE) • Discretionary merit bonuses • Comprehensive benefits including wellness, family-building, parental leave, 401(k), health coverage, and professional development Interested?
