Day-to-day accountabilities: • Design and developdynamic dashboards and operating toolsthat integrate multiple data sources. • Applyadvanced analyticsto uncover trends and opportunities that shape strategy. • Communicate insights throughvisual storytellingthat resonates with technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate across teams to deliverintuitive, user-friendly solutions. • Championdata integrity, automation, and self-service analytics. • Build andmaintainscalable data models • Contribute to the continuous improvement Thisisaninitial12-month contractwith potential for extension based on business needs.Flexible working conditions and hybrid options, with our officeslocatedin Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Who you are:To be successful in this role, you will have: • Creative thinkerwho can design dashboards that are not only functional but visually engaging and intuitive. • 3 or more years of experience in data visualisation,insightsor analytics. • Tertiary qualification in data analytics, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field. • Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling. • Strong understanding of data visualisation principles and storytelling with data. • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for turning data into insight. • Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources. • Familiarity with survey data analysis and/or student experience research is desirable. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Experience with SQL, Python or R is a plus but not essential. • Possess the ability to work with multiple projects at the same time.
