About us Top Street Performance is a manufacture of performance auto parts offering over 3,500 products for domestic engines. We specialize in early model muscle cars offering a wide range of performance parts from ignition, dress up, heating/cooling and LS/COYOTE/GODZILLA. Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various duties including heavy equipment operation, heavy lifting, packaging, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: - Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts to move and stack materials - Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment - Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications - Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, scanning, and documentation - Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times - Assist in conducting regular inventory counts - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred - Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling products - Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day - Knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes - Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for warehouse safety - Automotive parts knowledge is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
