12+ years of IAM architecture experience, expertise with IAM platforms, strong technical leadership, and relevant security and compliance knowledge.
We are seeking a highly experienced IAM Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of our organization's access controls and identity governance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles and best practices, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying complex IAM systems. Qualifications** • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps, strategies, and standards aligned with business objectives and security policies, provisioning, and identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). • 12+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture and design. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess risks, and define technical specifications for IAM initiatives. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into secure and scalable IAM solutions. • Extensive experience with leading IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams, ensuring successful deployment and integration of IAM solutions. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Deep understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, provisioning/de- • Evaluate and recommend new IAM technologies and methodologies to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX). • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and best practices. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is a plus. • * • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Willingness to travel occasionally • Proficiency in architecting IAM solutions within
