By afternoon, they’ve received a clear update, you’ve aligned with production on capacity, shipping has a provisional plan, and the CRM reflects every step. That’s the impact you’ll make as our Sales Enablement Coordinator at Toolcraft Machining, Inc. in Germantown, WI. How you’ll create value • Deliver rapid follow-ups on quotes, order changes, shipment coordination, and delivery timelines. • Bridge Sales, Engineering, Production, and Shipping to meet customer needs without bottlenecks. • Provide timely, professional responses that build trust and drive satisfaction. • Own CRM accuracy—log activity, track tasks, and keep data clean for pipeline visibility. • Surface demand trends through internal reporting to support forecasting. • Backstop order entry and sales processing during peak volume. Your toolkit • ERP: JobBOSS • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word About you • High School diploma or GED. • 2+ years of sales support or administrative experience; CNC/mfg background preferred. • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple threads at once. • Exceptional communicator with a service-first mindset. • Quick learner—resourceful, proactive, and persistent. • Committed to our values: Be Authentic, Do the Right Thing, Humility & Grit.
