In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. If you have basic sewing knowledge this is a huge plus but will train Duties: - Greet customers warmly and provide them with a pleasurable shopping experience - Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately - Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor - Conduct formalwear fittings and accessorize accordingly - Upsell additional accessories - pick pack and ship orders where applicable Requirements: - Previous retail or customer service experience preferred - Passion for fashion a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Knowledge of retail store operations is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - willingness to learn new skills - ability to lift up to 25lbs from time to time for store stock organization Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
