Responsibilities Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the SharePoint platform. Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM). Will assure the overall security and governance strategy to adhere to the VA M365 tenant guardrails. Responsible for development and support of Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Office 365 integration. Responsible for migration of SharePoint sites within VA M365 tenant. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site management, modernization, migration, and integrated solutions. Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available for SharePoint site migrations such as Sharegate. Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites. Experience in Level 3 SharePoint tenant-level triage. Business Process Automation (Intermediate)- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice). Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online). Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated. Ability to design the automation process. Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based). Basic coding skills (any languages). Testing skills to test automated processes. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience. Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: Remote, USA. Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST). Pay Range: The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $63,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
