Own the Southeast Market with a World-Leading Heavy Truck Technology TPC International is a well-established, world-leading manufacturing and sales company, with thousands of systems sold and supported across the globe. We are seeking a high-performing Regional Technical Salesman to drive the adoption of our TIREBOSS® system across the established high-growth markets of Florida, Georgia, and North and South Carolina. We are proven in the Ready Mix, Construction, Power Utility, Forestry, and Agriculture industries. This is a Florida home-based position where you will manage your own schedule and territory. What You Will Own • Strategic Territory Development: Own and execute the entire sales cycle within your multi-state region, focusing on key accounts in our target vocational heavy truck verticals. • New Business Generation: Successfully prospect, generate leads, and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and fleet managers. • Technical Sales Leadership: Lead high-impact presentations and hands-on, on-site technical demonstrations (in-service/driver training) to clearly articulate the system's value. • Ambassadorship: Represent TPC International at key industry trade shows and networking events. • Travel Expectation: This role requires 80% travel within the territory for client meetings, business development, and demonstrations. Combining overnight travel and day trips. What You Bring • Experience: Proven, 5 plus years of successful sales experience within the vocational heavy truck industry. • Skills: Exceptional ability to build relationships, strategically prospect, and close deals. With utilization of sales tools: Microsoft Office, PPT, CRM. • Professionalism: A highly personable, professional demeanor with outstanding presentation skills.
