A company is looking for a Retail Operations Assistant (Contractor). Responsibilities • Manage new item launch processes with cross-functional partners for efficient product launches • Audit and maintain product content and data integrity for accurate site presentation • Collaborate with Member Services to address product inquiries and ensure up-to-date product presentation Qualifications • 1-2 years of work experience in eCommerce, with a focus on item & data management preferred • Experience using Google Docs and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, start-up environment • Detail-oriented with a strong interest in developing a career in Merchandising • Experience with CRM & ERP systems like Magento and Netsuite is a plus
