Job Title: Account Manager – Flexible Packaging (Pacific Northwest Region) Location: Remote (Must reside in the Pacific Northwest) Travel: Up to 40% About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with deep experience in flexible packaging to lead and grow strategic relationships with major consumer packaged goods (Client) companies across North America. This role plays a key part in expanding market share, protecting existing business, and driving new opportunities within the flexible packaging category. The ideal candidate brings strong negotiation experience, proven success managing complex enterprise accounts, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. What You'll Do • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts across commercial, technical, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams. • Protect and expand existing business while proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities aligned with strategic growth initiatives. • Lead account planning, customer strategy development, and execution to deliver profitable growth. • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a superior customer experience through consistent communication and problem-solving. • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, market position, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive innovation and align business solutions with customer needs. • Lead and manage negotiations for complex, high-value, multi-layered accounts. • Maintain an active knowledge of industry competitors and trends impacting the flexible packaging market. • Ensure all activities adhere to corporate governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements. • Perform related duties as needed in support of business goals. What We're Looking For • Flexible Packaging experience is required — candidates without this experience will not be considered. • Demonstrated success managing and negotiating with large, complex customers. • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively. • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
