Duties • Engage in outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research • Manage assigned territories effectively by developing strategic plans to maximize sales potential and customer coverage • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on our offerings and value propositions • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management and personalized customer service • Lead negotiations to close deals, upsell products or services, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and lead generation efforts Requirements • Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and individual sales. • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals effectively • Familiarity with CRM software platforms for lead tracking and analysis • Ability to perform product demos, conduct analysis of client needs, and recommend tailored solutions • Knowledge of inside sales techniques including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales approaches • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment • A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently This role offers an energetic environment where your efforts directly impact company growth.
