Role Description REVGRP is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our tight-knit team at our Placentia HQ. This part-time role is ideal for someone energetic, reliable, and excited to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Schedule • Mondays & Thursdays • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Part-time • Start date: December 10, 2026 Key Responsibilities Local Deliveries (Mondays) • Complete local deliveries throughout Orange County (Costa Mesa, Brea, Yorba Linda, etc.) • Safely operate the REVGRP cargo van for pickups and drop-offs Warehouse Operations • Assist with daily warehouse tasks • Unload and receive daily deliveries • Organize and maintain inventory • Pack and prepare outgoing shipments • Handle USPS, UPS, and FedEx drop-offs • Pull client samples and maintain stockroom organization • Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and order Errands & Pickups • Warehouse OperationsPick up and drop off client samples • Supply-store runs • Office errands • Occasional lunch pickups for the team Executive Support • Work directly with the President of the company, Ray Hart, assisting with any operational, delivery, or day-to-day needs to help support his workflow Requirements • Valid California Class C Driver’s License • Clean driving record (required) • Comfortable driving a standard cargo van • Able to lift 30+ lbs • Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative • High energy and a positive attitude • Flexible and ready to help wherever needed • No experience required — we will train • Must be 18+ Growth Opportunities This role has room to grow across the company into: • Operations • Sales support • Logistics • Or any department where you feel you best fit and grow Perks & Culture • Holiday parties & team lunches • Free samples • Supportive, tight-knit team • Family-run environment with real growth potential Qualifications • Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and Packing procedures • Experience with Unloading goods and managing warehouse inventory • Strong organizational and time management skills • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as part of job responsibilities • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
