Must be located in or familiar with New Orleans music scene, have research skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, clear communication, and time management.
We are looking for an Outreach Coordinator to assist with client research for our weekly music outreach campaigns. Your role will involve finding 10 potential music industry clients per week (musicians, producers, sound engineers, etc.) via instagram or email and organizing their contact details in a Google Sheet (name, Instagram handle, and brief description of relevance). Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify 10 potential music industry clients per week who are relevant to our outreach goals (musicians, producers, sound engineers, etc.). • Input client information into a Google Sheet (name, Instagram handle, genre/role, and any additional relevant notes). • Ensure the list is well-organized and ready for outreach, so the information is easy to use for our team to contact. • Maintain clear communication to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the client list. Requirements: • Location: Must be based in New Orleans or familiar with the local music scene. • Research Skills: Ability to identify musicians and music-related professionals in the local scene or industry. • Proficiency with Google Sheets: Ability to input and organize data effectively. • Communication: Must be able to communicate clearly and keep the team updated on the list status. • Time Management: Must be able to deliver 10 clients each week on schedule. Compensation: We'll start you with - $25/week - for delivering 10 qualified music industry clients’ information each week.
