Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Fort Myers, FL. The Event Staff position involves event preparations, and ensuring seamless execution of events at The Venue at Mudge Ranch. This role is perfect for anyone interested in the events, hospitality, or wedding industry and eager to gain hands-on experience. No extensive background is required — just a willingness to work hard, learn, and be part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. What You’ll Do: • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including décor, furniture, signage, and vendor support • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment • Support the event coordinator and team with day-of operations • Greet guests and provide basic customer service as needed • Execute tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth event flow • Handle on-the-spot needs or changes with a positive, adaptable attitude Qualifications We’re looking for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience in the event and hospitality industry. No extensive background required — just the right attitude and willingness to learn!
