About the Role: We’re seeking a versatile professional to serve as a backup for our Accounting Associate and Operations Coordinator, ensuring seamless business continuity. This cross-functional role combines financial accuracy with operational efficiency, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Accounting Support- Assist with accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. Support monthly financial reporting and commission statements. Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit standards. Operations Support- Coordinate daily office operations and vendor management. Maintain agency management system data integrity. Perform data cleanup within the system to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with HR onboarding, carrier communications, and IT coordination. Qualifications Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, or related field. Experience: 2+ years in accounting or operations (insurance industry preferred).
