We’re a small but passionate team focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience and building a supportive, community-driven environment for both our customers and our staff. About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Sales Associate to join our team in Kailua. This is a key leadership role that supports the owner and helps manage daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of essential responsibilities that keep the store running smoothly. Opportunities for growth into management roles available in time or based on experience and fit. Role duties and compensation may change due to prior experience, availability and what you can add to the company as a whole. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support the sales team on the floor to ensure a welcoming, high-service retail environment • Oversee product receiving and inventory processing • Merchandize new product arrivals and maintain visual standards on the sales floor • Manage daily cash handling, register reconciliation, and weekly bank deposits • Oversee online order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate shipping • Partner with the owner on scheduling, communication, and team coordination What We’re Looking For: • Previous retail or management experience preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively • Comfortable learning POS systems and online order platforms • Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented • Flexible availability, 2-4 shifts per week (must include weekends and full 8 hr opening/closing shifts) Perks: • Employee discount on all merchandise • Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role as the company expands • Fun, creative, team-driven work environment Location: Kailua, HI • Start Date: ASAP Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount Work Location: In person
