Events & Hospitality Operations We’re seeking an Operations Manager III to support event execution, vendor coordination, and client communication. This role works closely with a Regional Operations Director to manage budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and on-site event operations. Responsibilities • Support end-to-end event operations: budgets, site selection, vendor agreements, menus, and run-of-show. • Manage day-to-day event and account operations with vendors and clients. • Ensure contracts, permits, and required documents are completed and up to date. • Handle invoicing, financial tracking, site fees, and reconciliations. • Oversee on-site setup/breakdown when needed. • Prospect new vendors and identify new client opportunities. • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations. • Provide regular updates to leadership and support process improvements. Skills & Qualifications • 2+ years in hospitality, food service, catering, or event management. • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and administrative tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
