You will create and manage organic posts on Reddit for multiple brands. Your goal is to spark useful conversations, build trust, understand community tone, and improve brand visibility across Reddit, search engines, and AI answers. Key Responsibilities • Write original short form posts and comments that match each subreddit’s culture and rules. • Research subreddits and identify where each brand can add value. • Engage in existing threads with helpful comments that feel natural and human. • Track trends, common questions, and community sentiment to shape future content. • Build karma steadily under branded and non branded accounts. • Maintain high quality writing with zero AI footprints. • Monitor posts for follow up questions and ongoing discussions. • Create simple engagement reports that show wins, saves, and search visibility. Requirements • Strong writing ability with the skill to adapt tone to each community. • Deep understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette. • Experience posting in multiple subreddits for personal or brand use. • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, clear language. • Comfortable researching niche topics and producing accurate content. • Reliable, consistent, and able to work with quick turnaround. • Familiarity with search behavior and how Reddit impacts SEO and AI search.
