We're looking for a motivated and dependable Team Leader to join our bakery and work closely with our Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences. About the Role: As a Team Leader, you’ll support the Manager in supervising the team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our customers are served fresh, delicious baked goods every day. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to lead by example.
