Supply Chain Manager | Walker, MI Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring material flow? Recommended Qualifications • 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools. • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, procurement, and production planning principles. • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills. Bonus Qualifications • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. • Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Demonstrated experience with sustainable sourcing and supply chain practices.
