Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste in manufacturing. • Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely material flow and product delivery. • Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions to ensure continuity of operations. • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
