Supply Chain Manager | Hudsonville, MI Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring material flow? The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Hudsonville region seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management. • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs. • Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of goods. • Lead demand forecasting and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes to align supply with production and customer needs. • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience. Recommended Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory, procurement, and production planning. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
