Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management. • Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts. • Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. • Collaborate with production planning to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and capacity. • Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions. Recommended Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering with 5+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing supply chain role. • Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong data analysis skills for forecasting, inventory optimization, and performance metrics. • Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing supply chain. • Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and managing complex inbound/outbound logistics. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
