Supply Chain Manager | Coopersville, MI Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring material flow? Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components. • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. • Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. • Collaborate with production and sales teams to align demand forecasting with manufacturing capacity. • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and material shortages. Recommended Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. • Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning, procurement, and inventory management. • Demonstrated success in demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization strategies. • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
