Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. • Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. • Oversee inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure production continuity and minimize waste. • Coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely delivery. • Lead demand planning and forecasting activities to align production with market needs. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance performance and reduce operational expenses. Recommended Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning, inventory, and procurement. • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies and process improvements.
