Key Responsibilities • Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measurement tools and techniques. • Document inspection results, non-conformances, and quality data accurately in quality management systems or reports. • Identify, quarantine, and document non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective action processes. • Conduct first article inspections and provide production line support for quality-related issues. • Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality defects and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Verify the calibration status of inspection equipment and maintain quality control records. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Recommended Qualifications • Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods. • Experience with data entry and basic statistical analysis using spreadsheet software. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
