Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from concept to delivery. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for production initiatives. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance. • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. • Manage project documentation, communicate status updates, and report performance to stakeholders and senior management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through effective project implementation. Recommended Qualifications • Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment. • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience. • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems. • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project management software. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. • Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process improvement.
