Operations Manager | Norton Shores, MI Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience Are you a skilled professional with a passion for optimizing business operations and driving organizational success? Recommended Qualifications • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. • Proven track record of implementing and sustaining continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). • Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production teams. • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and driving cost efficiencies within a manufacturing environment.
