Customer Success & Administrative Assistant — Prodoc Technology. Full-Time | Travel 1–2x/Month | All Travel Expenses Paid | Grow Into Leadership Roles. Prodoc Technology is a fast-growing sof tware company serving medical and aesthetic practices across the U.S. We are hiring an energetic Customer Success & Administrative Assistant to support clients, help manage our platform, and travel with our founder to national conferences 1–2 times per month. All travel expenses (flights, hotels, meals, transportation) are fully covered. Responsibilities: • Communicate with office managers to support platform usage. • Approve rewards, assist with point adjustments, and answer questions. • Add and refresh experiences, swag, and seasonal features. • Monitor office trends, surveys, and usage reports. • Prepare and mail swag packages. • Provide basic tech support & report bugs. • Travel 1–2 times per month to conferences and help set up/operate the booth. Requirements: • Outgoing and comfortable talking to people. • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn quickly. • Able to travel regularly (1–2 trips/month, all expenses paid). • Professional communication and follow-through.
