Compensation: 100% Commission (1099) – Average First-Year Earnings: $67,500 Location: Fully Remote – Work From Home About the Opportunity We are looking for ambitious, coachable individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. Responsibilities • Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs. • Present life insurance, mortgage protection, and related financial products that best fit client goals. • Build relationships and deliver excellent customer service in a professional, remote setting. • Manage your own schedule while meeting production and sales goals. • Participate in ongoing coaching and training programs to sharpen skills. • Use provided software tools to track leads, applications, and client interactions. Requirements Requirements What You Need • Computer and reliable internet connection (required). • Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. • No prior experience required—we value coachability and willingness to learn. • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently. • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
