This is not a hard-selling role. Instead, you?ll serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, helping distributors succeed and ensuring our products are positioned for success in major tech projects with clients like AWS, Microsoft, and META. What You?ll Do • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and contractors in your territory. • Provide product training and technical insights to help partners deliver exceptional results. • Act as a brand ambassador at trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry events. • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and maintain quality standards. • Protect the brand by minimizing mistakes and ensuring smooth processes. What We?re Looking For • Personable, relationship-driven professional?not someone obsessed with quotas. • Ability to work independently and stand on your own two feet. • Experience in distribution or utility sales (ideal backgrounds: Wesco, Anixter, Graybar, Power & Tel, CED, Border States). • Industry knowledge in electrical, telecom, or related fields. • Comfortable with light travel and engaging with customers face-to-face.
