Job Description: A health client is looking to fill a remote, temp-to-perm role responsible for managing the design, development and implementation of new and existing commercial health insurance products. This position oversees complex, strategic multi-departmental projects and ensures successful delivery within established quality standards. Responsibilities: • Manage and lead the design and development of new commercial products or modifications to existing products. • Manage and implement complex, strategic multi-departmental business projects. • Develop and oversee all aspects of assigned project plans, including project objectives, work plan, scope management and measures to ensure project success. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 6+ years of experience in application development and/or implementation of benefit plans associated with HMO, ASO, PPO, POS, LF (level funded) products • 5+ years of health plan experience, portfolio or project management, or other directly related experience • Thorough knowledge of healthcare, insurance, healthcare financing, strategic planning, provider contracting and reimbursement, and product marketing • Project Management Institute or Project Management Professional certification (preferred) • Ability to commit to a 3–6 month contract with potential to convert to full-time employment Pay Range: The anticipated pay for this position is $40 per hour.
