Full Description

Office Manager/Accounting Clerk (108394) The HR Office, Inc., is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations and general office functions for our client. This role handles a variety of accounting, administrative, and customer support tasks to ensure smooth and accurate business operations. • Schedule: Full-time (7:45am – 4:15pm) • Pay: $20.00+/hour (DOE) • This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Process daily A/R and A/P transactions, including invoicing, deposits, reconciliations, and vendor payments. - Assist with month-end balancing and prepare documents for accountants. - Set up customer accounts, maintain pricing, and handle credit references. - Complete PA sales tax filings and support leasing account paperwork and invoicing. - Process employee timecards, track PTO, and report new hires. - Order supplies, manage inventory, and assist with receiving. - Enter machine data, set up maintenance contracts, and bill equipment. - Provide backup for order entry/retail and general office support. Qualifications: - Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support - Familiarity with A/R and A/P processes, invoicing, and reconciliations - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Experience with sales tax filing or willingness to learn - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal staff We are actively reviewing applications for the Office Manager/Accounting Clerk position.
