What You’ll Do • Be the go-to person on job sites — check work quality, keep equipment in good shape. • Organize routes, manage schedules, and keep the crew on task. • Handle problems with staff or customers and turn them into solutions. • Train your crew and make sure everyone’s ready for the next day’s work. What We Expect • Show up on time and set the example. • Keep jobs on budget and on schedule. • Make sure work is done right the first time so we don’t have to go back. • Keep the crew happy and customers coming back. • Use our systems and processes to get the job done. Requirements • Landscaping, lawn care, or similar industry experience. • Know how to run and maintain mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc. • Willing to get any required licenses or certifications within 6 months. • Clean driving record and experience pulling a trailer. • Ability to commute to Shop in Roanoke, TX If you know the work, can lead a team, and can keep customers happy, apply today.
