In this role, you will harness advanced data analysis skills and cutting-edge tools to identify churn patterns, develop predictive models, and support business decision-making. Responsibilities • Analyze large volumes of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of churn using SQL, R, Python, and other analytical tools. • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other platforms to communicate insights effectively across teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring project milestones are met within the SDLC framework. • Develop predictive models for churn prediction leveraging statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms in R or Python. • Manage database design and architecture to support scalable analytics solutions while adhering to best practices in data governance and security. Experience • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on customer churn or retention analytics within the telecom or related industry. • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server; experience with database design is a plus. • Hands-on experience with visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create compelling dashboards that drive action. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets using R or Python for statistical modeling and machine learning applications. • Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to apply predictive modeling techniques (logistic regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost, etc.) for churn and customer retention analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. • Join us as a Churn Data Analyst and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that enhance customer loyalty!
